How do I submit a transfer of ownership?

Please notify TRP as soon as possible so we may suspend revenue until we are able to make the necessary updates to our system.  Recorded transfer documents may be sent via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Transfers are processed in the order in which they are received.  To expedite the process, be sure to include a completed W-9 form for any new owners.

Please allow up to 45 days for us to process the necessary changes.  Upon completion, TRP will issue an amended Division Order.
