Randy co-founded TRP in 2015 and serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer. He oversees TRP’s strategy, investment origination, portfolio execution, and firm management. Randy was previously an Executive Director within J.P. Morgan’s Oil and Gas A&D Group within the Natural Resources Investment Bank. Randy is on the Advisory Board of Petro.ai, a shale data analytics company.
He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and an M.B.A. (Dean Scholar) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He has a wife, three children, and works out of TRP’s Denver office.
