Prior to joining TRP, Yulia was an Assistant Controller with WhitleyPenn, CPA Oil and Gas Group in Houston. During her time at WhitleyPenn, Yulia managed accounting of E&P companies from start-ups to large independents. Her experience includes complex knowledge of oil and gas accounting principles, regulatory reporting and implementation of internal and external controls. Before joining WhitleyPenn, Yulia was a Senior Revenue/JIB Associate for Swan Energy in Houston.
Yulia received a Master’s Degree in Finance from The Russian Academy of State Service under the President of Russian Federation and is a CPA in the state of Texas.
